If the garment is dirty or has stains first try using a wet cloth and soap.

Only for Raincoats: If stains don’t come out, the garment may be machine washed at a maximum of 30 degrees, only on the setting for delicate items.

- Do not use softener or bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron
- Do not dry clean

We recommend careful use of leather and darker denim together with our raincoats, to avoid staining from other materials

PAYMENTS

Payments for all orders are taken on dispatch of goods, and are subject to fraud checks and checks by the card issuer. We use Stripe secure payments to process payments through our websites and do not make any representation or warranty with regard to their service. The internet is not a secure medium.

By submitting your order on our site, you are confirming that the credit/debit card is yours or that you have authority from the cardholder to make the payment.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a confirmation of sale.

Despite our best efforts, sometimes our products may be incorrectly priced. Where there is a discrepancy in price, and the stated price is less than the correct price for the products we will contact you for instructions before delivery or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. Where the stated price is more than the correct price, we will charge you the lower amount when making delivery to you.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Those items for delivery to countries outside of the European Union ("EU") may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees").

The recipient of the delivery is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
